What we look for
We DO NOT require our members to be Pre-Commerce or in McInitre; we believe the best ideas come from a diverse set of backgrounds.
Intellectual Curiosity. We look for people who enjoy learning, asking thoughtful questions, and digging beneath the surface. Prior finance experience is not required.
Drive and Initiative. Our strongest members take ownership of their work and consistently push beyond what is expected. We value people who set ambitious goals and seek out opportunities.
Independent Thinking. Great investors form their own views rather than simply following the crowd. We look for people who challenge assumptions, think critically, and are willing to defend a well-reasoned perspective
Problem-Solving. Investing often involves making decisions with incomplete information. We value candidates who can break complex questions into manageable pieces, identify what matters most, and reach logical conclusions.
Willingness to Learn. We look for people who welcome feedback and treat every conversation and experience as an opportunity to improve.
